Select one item and its name, size, amount of resources, number of images, cursor, etc. will display in the right window. On the right bottom there's a preview window to display the item selected if it's an image. Click the dropdown button of "Zoom" to adjust the size to auto fit or 25/50/100/200/400/800 percent.
